My wife and I had a great experience with Reliant. We worked with Dominic Smith (Dj) who was absolutely fantastic. He was on top of everything, he helped us to see what we could afford, worked with our realtor whenever anything came up, he would give us estimates on all different angles of the potential mortgages with different amounts down or different point buy downs and he was extremely pleasant to work with. I will definitely make sure Dj helps with us on our next home mortgage.

I am actually on my 5th transaction with Zack. He gets the job done fast, without any hassle and treats me like a friend. It’s the little interactions in a stressful process that make all the difference in the world. My first investment property purchase had me wound up on the inside and second guessing whether I could even handle the property. Zach kept me calm and focused. He even got me in touch with a couple property managers to talk through their services. Zach and the team made it easy. I have recommended Zach to friends and family and would recommend them to anyone even thinking about buying a house.

I had a great experience with Zach and Rilee at Reliant Home Mortgages. I recently purchased a new home and applied for a mortgage with several different lenders, including Reliant. Reliant seems to play by a different set of rules than all of the other lenders I applied with. Their first offer was easily the best of anybody's, and they didn't make me jump through hoops to get it. Every other lender initially high-balled me, and then made more competitive offers only after seeing what Reliant had offered. While a few were eventually willing to match Reliant's terms, I found it annoying that they didn't offer me those rates from the beginning. Overall, a very positive experience and I wholeheartedly recommend Reliant, and Zach and Rilee in particular. I got a mortgage at a very competitive rate / closing costs. Communications were crisp and efficient. Zach and Rilee usually responded to my emails within minutes, even late in the evening (get some sleep guys!). They made good use of technology for sending and signing docs. The whole process felt very streamlined and optimized. Very low stress, minimal effort on my part, I didn't have to hound them to get stuff done, everything was done correctly, on time, etc. We ended up closing 1 week ahead of schedule. Thanks Zach and Rilee! You guys rock!

I have nothing but good things to say about Zach! He goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure you are taken care of as a customer and a person. Throughout the whole process he made things clear and not foreign. He made sure we understood exactly what was going on and explained how everything works with the loan process. Unfortunately we got put in a corner and had to use our sellers lender in order to move forward with buying the home but if we had the option I would have definitely used Zach! Even though we couldn’t give him our business he still helped us through the process and would look over the other lenders information to make sure we were not getting screwed over. Highly recommend doing business with Zach!

Seriously 5 star service. Zach collard worked so hard on our loan to get us the best deal at a time when interest rates are less than favorable. In the end he saved us about $6000 in closing costs and got us a rate below market average. Many thanks to Zach and his team. So pleased with the attention to detail and constant communication through the whole process. 10/10 would recommend.

Was able to make it where I had to put down a lot less cash than other companies. Great to work with, would do it again!

In the process of purchasing our first home, my wife and I shopped around for a loan officer we felt comfortable with. After working through a few referrals we settled on Nick Lovato. It was the best decision we could have possibly made. Even with all of the hurdles that are required to finalize a home purchase, Nick and team made it very smooth.

His constant communication and openness to questions allowed us to feel as though we were truly involved in and in control of the process. He more than exceeded our expectations and we closed nearly a week earlier than expected. Thanks to continued communication and sincere appreciation shown by Nick we have even been able to reduce our interest rate since then and he has saved us more than $500/month in interest.
