I have nothing but good things to say about Zach! He goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure you are taken care of as a customer and a person. Throughout the whole process he made things clear and not foreign. He made sure we understood exactly what was going on and explained how everything works with the loan process. Unfortunately we got put in a corner and had to use our sellers lender in order to move forward with buying the home but if we had the option I would have definitely used Zach! Even though we couldn’t give him our business he still helped us through the process and would look over the other lenders information to make sure we were not getting screwed over. Highly recommend doing business with Zach!

Seriously 5 star service. Zach collard worked so hard on our loan to get us the best deal at a time when interest rates are less than favorable. In the end he saved us about $6000 in closing costs and got us a rate below market average. Many thanks to Zach and his team. So pleased with the attention to detail and constant communication through the whole process. 10/10 would recommend.

My Husband & I Used Reliant Home Loans for our first house, they were great every step of the way and we couldn't have asked for better service, we worked directly with Rilee and she was on top of everything and was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had, we will use Reliant again for sure!

Reliant home loans is our families go to lender! 3 of us have used Zach as our loan officer and have been so pleased at how efficient and fast he was. He was very quick to reply and got us great rates that we were very pleased with. We had a couple issues come up on our part but he was fast to remedy the situation. Communication was kept throughout the whole transaction and the level of care was exceptional. Very pleased with the service! Will definitely use again!

We started a build on a home in February of 2022 and closed on our home in December of 2022. That entire time, Nick Lovato kept us updated with the rising interest rates and kept us in the look as to what we needed to do along the way. Reliant Home Loans and Nick remained helpful and professional the entire time. The customer service is the best! I'll always look to Nick and Reliant Home Loans for any future Mortgage needs and will HIGHLY recommend them to anybody.

It was the best decision we could have possibly made. Even with all of the hurdles that are required to finalize a home purchase, Nick and team made it very smooth.
